Alamance Country Club, is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Burlington, North Carolina.
The course opened for play in 1948.Alamance It was designed by golf architect, Donald Ross. In 1999, the golf course underwent a complete renovation under the guidance of golf course architect, Robert Cupp. With a set of original Ross plans, the greens, tees and bunkers were rebuilt with the original contours and features. The fairways were re-grassed with a hybrid Bermuda grass and a new irrigation system was installed.
This par 71 course measures 6,924 yards from the championship tees and offers three other sets of tees that make the course enjoyable for golfers of all abilities. The Club’s practice facilities consist of a practice range, short game area, and two putting greens.
